A multinational leader in paper manufacturing for corrugated carton in Spain, with more than 8,000 employees and presence in Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK and Ireland, distributed into three business areas: paper fabrication (PAPER), recovery of recyclable materials (NATUR), and corrugated carton boxes (PACK), wants to incorporate in its GRADUATE PROGRAM a: GRADUATE MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER. Taking part in our Graduate Program, we want to develop you as a future leader in our Company. Your training will be completed by a structured program of training and on-the-job coaching. We´ll train you to high standards in MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, and you´ll receive training in interpersonal and personal effectiveness skills for tasks such as making presentations, managing client relationships, teamwork, … Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities: Promote H& S activities and follow up Q&E systems within Maintenance Service. Support Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to promote and implement improvements in the Maintenance Activities. Continuously check, plan and monitor the maintenance in detail, implement any necessary improvements and attend to breakdowns regarding all mechanical components and systems in the areas of the line under their responsibility. Undertake short and longer process optimization surveys and studies and troubleshooting/ problem solving activities with a view of ensuring continuous improvement in all aspects of mechanical maintenance. Support the Outsource Company to ensure a successful service to production as particular areas: spare parts identification and urchasing. Academic Qualifications: · Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar (mandatory). Continuous Improvement and Maintenance Master rograms knowledge will be valued. Language Skills : German native · English and Spanish: high level Skills for the position: Client Orientation , analytical Thinking, Innovation and Initiative, Eagerness for self-improvement. Additional requirements for the position: Geographical mobility is essential. The position will be based for the first years in Spain, and thereafter will be based in any country where Saica operates.
